The Education Consultant guides prospective student graduates through the enrollment process by providing relevant and timely information, conducting interviews, and leading tours of Delta's campuses. This position establishes and maintains relationships within military agencies and the military community. The Education Consultant interfaces with internal and external members to support a better understanding of the STCT program, agency, and military operations.
Experience Required :
Minimum:

Demonstrated ability to process multiple types of information, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, and prioritize
Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain relationships with the agency and military community, students, alumni, faculty, and staff
Key Responsibilities
Interfaces with Prospective Student Graduates
Interviews prospective student graduates to provide career information, address issues, and provide solutions.
Conducts tours of the facility for prospective student graduates.
Introduces students to the facility and programs and follows up to ensure questions and concerns are addressed.
Supports the Enrollment Process
Manages prospective student graduates through the enrollment process from the initial inquiry stage through the drop/add period.
Responds to inquiries and provides information to prospective student graduates.
Monitors and reports the status of military and agency program applications.
Completes and submits appropriate forms and agreements for prospective student graduates.
Follows up with new enrollees to respond to any questions and provide information as needed.
Participates in Agency and Military Events
Attends military and agency activities (e.g., meetings, events, etc.) to increase awareness of the campus and programs.
Establishes and maintains relationships within the military agencies and community.
Creates reports to outline key activities (e.g., meetings, events, enrollments, etc.).
Identifies areas of growth opportunity for military and agency program development.
