MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Must have three (3) years previous food service supervisory experience. Must have strong customer service skills. Must have ability to direct work and personnel. Must be able to prepare work schedules.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Perform duties of administrative management of food service as instructed by the Project Manager assigned to the Armed Forces Retirement Home. Able to supervise and assist with the preparation of all foods. Monitor equipment functioning and supply levels to ensure that standard and quality of all foods. Directing and aiding during cleaning and making the transition between meals. Assist with payroll, supplies and inventory records. Respond to problems in preparation as they arise and make necessary adjustments. Maintain a safe and sanitary environment. Complete set-up of tray-line; Assure portion control of diets. Direct others in their ability to accomplish their tasks efficiently.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
