This individual will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Nursing Director as well as the faculty and department.
JOB DUTIES Organizing department meetings, including taking and maintaining minutes.
Collecting and managing student immunizations.
Initiating the onboarding process for new employees.
Managing data aggregation for the program.
Organizing, managing, and maintaining student and faculty files.
Maintaining stock of laboratory supplies.
Assisting with adhering to regulatory mandates.
Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS High School Diploma or GED.
Ability to work under stress and with accurate, timely completion of projects and/or reports.
Proven experience in a people-oriented environment.
A proven record in working successfully with diverse populations.
A positive attitude and ability to plan and adapt to change.
Ability to collaborate effectively with college departments and cross-functional teams.
Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office programs.
Ability to maintain professional relationships with faculty, staff, students, local medical health providers, and agencies.
COMPENSATION In the spirit of pay transparency, we can share that the pay range for this position is $80,000-90,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
Please keep in mind that this range is the base pay only and does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the position.
If you are hired, your overall compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
