part-time Busy, outgoing and friendly Executive Director/Owner seeking individual to support the day to day activities of operating multiple healthcare entities as a right-hand assistant! General tasks include telephone communication between all offices/office managers, scheduling appointments/travel, facilitating specific projects, scheduling events, reviewing and/or responding to company incoming mail, ordering supplies, scheduling and overseeing external vendors, communicating to state offices, licensing, assist in some financial tasks and participating in other daily operations as requested.

Successful candidate should be friendly and a people's person, detailed oriented, organized, be able to multi-task, articulate, approachable, be able to utilize basic computer systems, able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, can work with some pressure and have an understanding for the need of professionalism and confidentiality.
Must be a fast learner.
In addition, based on company having multiple locations, the individual shall be based in either Gulfport or Kilmarnock office (negotiable), however flexibility to commute to either office if necessary is a must.
(All travel/commute expenses shall be paid).
Minimum of 1 year experience in management support desirable.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
