For both clients and caregivers, you are the go-to person and have a knack for resolving issues.
After hiring a new caregiver, you help them through the onboarding and orientation processes.
You also manage the office as a whole, using your amazing organizational skills to keep everything running smoothly and efficiently, including keeping files in order.
You enjoy staying busy with a variety of tasks throughout the day and get great satisfaction out of ensuring that the administrative side of home care is also handled compassionately and effectively!QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN OFFICE MANAGER Office and customer service experience Ability to pass a background check and drug screen Basic computer skills Ability to type 30 WPM Are you organized and able to effectively prioritize multiple tasks?
