Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information about products and services to customers - Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively - Process orders, forms, applications, and requests from customers - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with products or services - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues Requirements:
