Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner - Operate cash box and handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently - Handle customer complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism Requirements:
- Previous experience in computer entries, cash procedures and customer service preferred - Strong attention to detail and accounting procedures - Basic understanding of math for cash handling purposes - Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written - Must know how to use a calculator and computer Note:
