In this position you work directly under the Director of the Client Care Center and be responsible for a large volume of incoming automated alerts and outgoing calls and help provide effective communication to ensure patients are receiving consistent quality care.
As the Client Care Center Customer Service Representative, you will:
Serve as a face for the agency promoting our philosophy and mission by presenting a positive image to patients/families Understand and use various forms of communication including phone systems, software, reports, tools, and metrics Use motivational interviewing and active listening skills to understand patient needs and effectively communicate to resolve issues Follow up with patients and families to ensure their needs have been met Skills for Success:
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills Computer skills Knowledge of medical terminology preferred Dependable, punctual, and ability to maintain a positive attitude Compensation/Earning Potential:
