This professional will assist in communication between real estate agents, lenders, buyers, sellers, and any other parties involved in the closing process.
The ideal candidate will be detail oriented and possess a strong desire to learn and grow.
You must be able to work efficiently under pressure, while maintaining a positive attitude.
Candidate will be required to become a licensed Notary Public.
Experience in a real estate title office is a plus, but not required JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Assist with real estate closing process from the initial title opening request through post-closing.
Work closely with lenders, buyers, sellers, realtors, county and municipal offices, and others.
Gather and enter file data and review for all orders/contracts.
Maintain customer support throughout the life of a file.
Proofread documents.
Execute daily time sensitive deadlines.
Schedule closings.
Prepare documents/packages to be sent out for recording.
Electronic storage of time-sensitive documents.
JOB REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word & Excel).
Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and valid motor vehicle liability insurance are required.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong customer service skills and ability to remain calm in high stress situations.
Ability to multitask.
Detail-oriented and professional; able to appropriately handle confidential information.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented work environment.
Willingness to learn and process constructive criticism.
