We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Laborer to join our team.
As a Laborer, you will be responsible for performing various physical tasks to assist with construction, maintenance, and other projects.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors and is looking for a hands-on role.
Duties:
- Assist with the setup and cleanup of job sites - Perform manual labor such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials - Operate basic hand tools and equipment under supervision - Follow safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe work environment - Assist skilled workers with their tasks as needed - Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas - Demolition - Ability to work in confined spaces/stationary and swinging scaffolds - Climbing stairs and ladders - Bending, stooping and twisting - Transport materials on carts up to (500) pounds - Walk up to 5 miles a day
Qualifications:
- OSHA 10 REQUIRED - Previous experience in a labor-intensive role preferred - Ability to perform physical tasks and lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) - Basic knowledge of hand tools and equipment - Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team - Willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors This position offers an opportunity to gain valuable experience in the construction industry and develop essential skills.
