Essential Job Requirements:
Primarily responsible for the general areas in Human Resources.
Recruitment/onboarding, recognition, benefits, reporting, and projects.
Full life cycle recruitment for non-exempt and exempt positions.
Manages sensitive and confidential matters with consistently.
Administer benefits.
Respond to various information and data requests from internal partners in a timely manner.
Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics with resolving any issues that may arise.
Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
Assist in development and implementation of human resource best practices and innovations.
Undertake tasks around performance management (30-60-90 day and employee performance reviews).
Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates; create monthly reports.
Maintain employee files, electronic and paper.
Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities.
Ensure compliance with labor regulations.
Proof of US Citizenship and/or authorized to work in the US.
Due to the nature of our work, United States Citizenship, is required.
Preferred Job Requirements:
Good knowledge of MS Office; ability to learn internal systems quickly.
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
2-3 years relative experience.
Attention to detail and meticulous.
Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.
Good knowledge of employment/labor laws to include Title VII, ADA, FMLA, USERRA, ADEA.
Excellent communication and people skills.
Aptitude in problem-solving.
Desire to work as a team with a result driven approach.
