Receive deliveries and stock food and supplies, rotate and condense stock, pull and dispose of expired or damaged items; restock cafeteria items and paper and chemicals in the kitchen storeroom; deliver juice and milk to residential buildings.
Clean and store Recreation equipment such as bread, popcorn, and snow cone machines and nacho cheese crockpot.
Other duties:
clean the fryer, the vent above the salad bar, and walk-in cooler shelves; clean kitchen/cafeteria/freezer/cooler/storeroom/restroom floors, mats, windows, doors, and trash containers; keep the concrete walk outside of the kitchen clean; remove trash daily as needed; and perform related or similar duties as assigned.
Supervision is received from the Dietary Director or Dietary Supervisor.
