Summary You will be a Program Analyst serving as the Reserve Program Director (RPD), Reserve Personnel Navy (RPN)/Naval Reserve Order Writing System (NROWS) Fund Manager, and Reserve Mobilization Manager as a principal assistant to the Commander, Naval Construction Group TWO (NCG 2), Naval Construction Group Two, 307 Marvin Shields Blvd Gulfport , MS 3950Dutieso You will conduct oversight of individual unit Reserve Unit Activity Document (RUAD) management.
o You will establish, revise, and/or review Reserve Management policies, procedures, and mission objectives, as necessary.
o You will prepare directives and instructions with regard to Reserve Management, and applies policies prescribed by higher authority.
o You will prepare budget forecasting, account management and orders processing for Navy Reservists reporting to NCG 2 and subordinate units.
o You will participate in the development, coordination, and implementation of reserve accounting policies for command staff and subordinate units.
o You will provide technical expertise in the processing of reserve military orders via NROWS.
o You will develop, initiate and implement the command directives, policies and procedures concerning reserve order processing through NROWS.
o You will oversee management of mobilization package submissions as required, in compliance with CONOPS/OPLAN/RFF/FTN.
o You will coordinate with USFF/CNRFC/NAVPERS for mobilization orders.
o You w8ill monitor unit level mobilization submissions (BNR); screens candidates in accordance with Navy policies, and ensures only qualified Selected Reservists (SELRES) receive ordersRequirements Conditions of Employmento Must be a US Citizen.

Experience with Reserve Force Management Tool (RFMT).
Experience with Navy Reserve Readiness Module (NRRM).
Experience with MyNavy Assignment (MNA).
Experience with Fleet Training Management and Planning System (FLTMPS).
Experience with Navy Standard Integrated Personnel Syste(NSIPS).
Experience and familiarity with reserve training funding programs, as prescribed in Commander Navy Reserve Forces Command Manual (RESPERSMAN) M-1001.
