We're working on behalf of a not-for-profit health system that includes a 303-bed acute care hospital, a 33-bed inpatient rehabilitation unit, an outpatient surgery center, a 109-bed behavioral health facility, a medical office building, satellite outpatient diagnostic centers and several Physician Clinics. The health system boasts several of the regions most comprehensive clinical programs, such as emergency medicine; women and children
; orthopedic services; medical rehabilitation; cardiovascular services; neurosciences and oncology.
We seek candidates with a Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field and three (3) or more years experience in Human Resources compensation and HRIS administration for the role of Compensation Analyst. In this role you will be responsible for maintaining updated database of all job descriptions for existing positions and assisting managers in creating new ones for new positions. You will utilize existing salary structures to price new
through market pricing or internal equity. You will participate in the development, design, and administration of competitive salary structures and compensation procedures/policies. You will analyze data from survey sources to determine competitiveness both internally and externally. You will serve as the point of contact for questions on job descriptions, salary ranges, and compensation questions. You will design and prepare ad hoc compensation related reports for management. You will counsel and educate all levels of employees on various compensation programs and systems.
Candidates must have a Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field and three (3) years experience in compensation. Must have experience supporting business applications created with Microsoft Office and HRIS system. Preference given to candidates with CCP certification. Preference given to candidates with ability to use Access, FoxPro, and Ultipro applications. Preference also given to candidates with strong knowledge of federal and state regulations relating to benefits, compensation, Human Resource, and payroll administration.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
