Identify, communicate, train and reinforce Wharton-Smith, Inc Best Practices with regard to the highest quality of workmanship on all operations projects.
Develop, implement, monitor and provide metrics surrounding a new: Prevention Activities; Monitoring and Auditing Activities; ReworkRequired Standards.
Drives the creation of an informed and creative workforce through a comprehensive training program for all operations employees; andassures specifications, regulations, company and owner requirements are met by both Wharton-Smith, Inc employees and subcontractors
Applicant must have completed the Construction Quality Management course (availabe thru Army Corp of Engineers
Ten years of combined experience in the Construction Industry with direct experience as a Superintendent, Quality Control Manager, Project Manager, Project Architect or Project Engineer on project 6 Million and over, with at least two years experience as a Quality Control Manager.
Experience in the area of Hazard Identification and Safety Compliance
Proficient computer skills including: Outlook, Word, Excel, Primavera P6
Knowledge of Orcale Contract Management system a plus
