TRAFFIC SPECIALIST
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower pay band (NH-02) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Examples of specialized experience are:
1) experience in Traffic Management for a major system in the in-service phase of the equipment life cycle; 2) experiences in booking and transporting international partner's owned material within CONUS and outside CONUS in the following fields Financial Air Clearance Transportation System (FACTS), Global Freight Management System (GFM), Single Mobility System (SMS), Automated Export Systems Direct (AES), Integrated Booking System (IBS); 3) must have experience entering data into the the U.S. Census Bureau ACE Export Compliance, certify Hazardous Material shipments , Intermodal Dry Cargo Container (CSC) re-inspections; 4) experience in contract management Additional qualification information can be found from the following Office of Personnel Management website:
